Burnley may be in the relegation zone, 15 points behind Saturday’s opponents Swansea, but they have plenty in their favour here at 6/4.
Swansea did beat Man Utd last week but generally they’ve struggled for goals since Wilfried Bony left, scoring just 5 goals in 6 league games.
Swansea have also lost half their away games all season and have won just 3 out of the 12 away trips.
Burnley’s results haven’t matched their performances recently but they’ll take plenty of positives from a draw at Chelsea and an unlucky loss at Man Utd.
They’ve only lost 2 of their last 6 home matches and have been scoring plenty of goals so against a team struggling to score their defensive problems are unlikely to be such a problem.

From a team that has been performing well but not getting the results to a team that has rarely looked competent all season but has a great habit of producing results.
Last week’s loss at Swansea was just United’s second loss since they faced Man City at the start of November.
The Reds have the second best home record in the league with 10 wins from 13 matches and they face a Sunderland side that has managed just 1 win in 8 games and just 2 away wins all season.
1/3 might be short but it’s a fair price about a home win here for Man Utd.

Gills To Keep Winning Run Going At Expense Of Barnsley
Gillingham continue to go from strength to strength in League One and having looked booked for a relegation battle around Christmas time, they are now just 3 points from the playoff positions.
That’s thanks to 4 wins and 2 draws from their last 6 league games and that run also includes 4 straight home wins.
Their opponents here, Barnsley, have lost 5 out of their last 6 on the road.
A little caution is required as they have a new manager but whether such an inexperienced manager can suddenly improve their away form so quickly is open to debate.
Gills at 6/5 looks a real gift.

Managerless Oldham Opposable Against Strong Travellers Preston
Barnsley’s gain has been Oldham’s loss in the managerial merry go round and whilst there has been talk of Paul Scholes taking over it is unlikely Oldham will be so effective in the short term having lost their manager.
They’d only won 2 of their last 6 home games anyway which was a poor record so any dip in form could be costly here, especially as they face an in form Preston side that has won 4 and drawn 1 from their last 6.
They are effective away from home with 3 wins and a draw from their last 6 games on the road so odds of 11/8 look to underestimate North End’s chances.
11/8 – Preston to beat Oldham
Jimmy Floyd Money In The Bank For Burton Backers This Weekend
In League Two Newport’s away form has really tailed off recently with 4 losses from 6 which is bad news approaching a fixture at Burton, who have won 5 of their last 6 at home.
Bearing in mind that contrast in home and away form it is surprising to be able to get 4/5 on the side managed by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
