Minnesota Lynx (+194) at New York Liberty (-245) | O/U Total 165 (-110/-110)
- Leg 1: Minnesota Lynx Moneyline (+194)
- Leg 2: Over 165 Total Points (-110)
We’re going to keep it very, very simple in this Commissioner’s Cup rematch set for Barclays Center at 7 p.m. ET.
The Lynx (14-4) travel to meet the Liberty (16-3), and that’s much to the dismay of New York. The Lynx have managed to win both the previous regular-season meeting on May 25 in the Twin Cities, while also taking the Commissioner’s Cup trophy on June 25.
Minnesota posted an 84-67 win as a 7-point underdog as the Under (167.5) cashed on May 25. The Lynx saw superstar Napheesa Collier finish with 15 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, two steals, and two blocked shots in 35 minutes. The Lynx shot 47.8% (32-of-67) from the field while hitting 50.0% (14-of-28) from behind the 3-point line while managing seven blocked shots with a plus-5 rebounding margin and a plus-8 assist margin. Both teams turned it over 16 times in that battle. The Lynx had very balanced scoring, boasting four starters with 14 or more points, but no more than 15 points, too.
New York shot just 38.2% (26-of-68) from the floor, and just 24.1% (7-of-29) from behind the 3-point line. Breanna Stewart led the way with 20 points and 11 rebounds, good for the double-double, but she struggled with her 3-point shot, misfiring seven times in eight tries.
In the Commissioner’s Cup win, Minnesota once again shot 47.8% (33-of-69) from the field, the exact same percentage as the regular-season win. It was an amazing 48.3% (14-of-29) from behind the arc while going a perfect 14-of-14 from the free-throw line. The Lynx turned it over just 10 times, to 20 miscues for the Liberty. Bridget Carleton led the way with 23 points, including six triples, while Collier was good for 21 points, including three triples. The Liberty weren’t terrible, but they shot 44.9% (31-of-69) from the field, and 41.4% (12-of-29) from downtown. B-Stew led the way with 24 points with 8-of-15 shooting, while Sabrina Ionescu was good for 23 points and 10 rebounds while turning it over seven times.
The Lynx just seems to have the number of the Liberty, and Minnesota has dealt New York two of its three losses. The Over is 3-1 in the past four road games for the Lynx, while the Liberty have gone high on the total in five of the past six games while cashing in 7-2 in the previous nine outings. Let’s simply go with the Lynx straight up and the Over.

Indiana Fever (+630) at Las Vegas Aces (-1050) | O/U Total 175 (-108/-112)
- Leg 1: Indiana Fever +13 (-110)
- Leg 2: Over 175 Total Points (-110)
- Leg 3: Caitlin Clark 3+ Made Threes (-166)
- Leg 4: A’ja Wilson To Record 10+ Rebounds (-240)
The Fever (8-12) and the Aces (10-6) meet for the second time this season. In the first meeting back on May 25 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas rolled to a 99-80 win, as A’ja Wilson was good for 29 points with 15 rebounds. The Aces were a healthy 47.9% (35-of-73) from the field and 37.1% (13-of-35) from downtown. The Aces turned it over just eight times, too, while it was even in rebounding margin, and plus-3 in steals with a plus-4 in turnover margin.
The Fever shot just 42.9% (30-of-70) from the field, and 37.0% (10-of-27) from behind the 3-point line while hitting 76.9% (10-of-13) from the stripe. Indiana saw super rookie Caitlin Clark stumble with just eight points on 2-of-8 shooting in 29 minutes while posting seven assists, five rebounds, and a steal with six turnovers. Kelsey Mitchell actually led the way for Indiana with 16 points, including three treys.
Indiana is red-hot against the number lately, going 6-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past seven outings. However, the Fever have been a dismal 0-3 ATS in the past three as a double-digit underdog, including May 25 when it lost by 19 as a 16-point underdog. While that’s certainly not promising, the Fever have been much stronger lately and can be trusted catching all of these points.
The Aces have hit a turning point, after losing four of five games from June 7-15, they’ve picked up the pace with four straight wins, while going 3-1 ATS. This includes wins over league behemoths Connecticut and Seattle. Still, the Aces are just 3-6 ATS in the past nine outings.
While Clark struggled with her shot in the first meeting, she has 14 triples in the past four games, going for three or more triples in three of those contests. That makes her a solid play in the 3-pointer department, either as a standalone play or certainly as part of our big parlay.
In addition, the superstar Wilson had 29 points and 15 rebounds in the first matchup with the Fever. She has 15 or more rebounds in two of the past six games and nine or more boards in five of the past six. She is worth a roll of the dice to get a double-digit board total in this rematch.
