Conor McGregor claims to have been hit by a car

According to his post on social media, Irish superstar Conor McGregor appears to have had a close shave with death in his home country. In a video posted on Instagram, the mixed martial artist can be seen walking along a road, as he explains to the camera that he had just been hit by a car while riding his bicycle. Breathing heavily, McGregor can be heard speaking with a man who appears to be the driver of the car that struck him, supported by the fact that he can be heard repeatedly apologizing to McGregor. Calmly, the former two-division UFC Champion can also be heard saying, “I could have been dead there,” before wishing the man a safe journey.
